My name’s Nikki and I’m the owner of The Melody Box Mobile Music Entertainment. I’m also a former presenter on Chesterfield Radio, where I presented a music request show.
My company started in March 2024, when I’d done a couple of music quizzes for work and for a charity event and it gave me the bug!
My deep love of music started when I was a child and it developed further over the years, so much, that I noticed that there’s rarely a space or moment in my life when music isn’t at least in the background!
So The Melody Box Mobile Music Quiz was born! I never thought that the business would take off so much and so soon! 2024 was such a great year and it inspired me to expand my skills to DJ, karaoke, Reque-Play, music bingo and children’s discos and karaoke.
At the beginning of 2025, I decided to expand further by adding traditional and themed quiz evenings, bingo evenings, race evenings and developed a special night of actually becoming a live game show contestant!
